+impact named as supplier on Crown Commercial Service’s Transport Technology Framework

+impact, Serco’s advisory business, has been named as a supplier on Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) Transport Technology Framework – the UK public sector’s largest provision of transport and mobility services consultancy.

+impact’s appointment spans four lots, including:
Lot 1 - Transport Professional Services
Lot 2 - Transport Data Services
Lot 7a - System Integration
Lot 7c - Transport Network Management
These lots cover transport-related professional services, consultancy and project management; transport-related data services for collecting, processing, analysing and sharing data; and system integration. This means +impact is now a supplier that can offer expert consultancy to all UK public sector organisations that can access the agreement. The framework aligns with UK Government transport policy initiatives and supports social value objectives such as carbon reduction and localisation.
Since its 2024 launch +impact has quickly established itself as a distinctive alternative to the traditional consultancy model by offering advisory services grounded in real world operational delivery expertise to support local and national government priorities. Working in partnership with Serco’s frontline teams, +impact delivers advisory

Other recent achievements include work for Scottish and Southern Electricity Networks (SSEN), the Ministry of Defence, EventScotland, and Chelsea Football Club, demonstrating +impact’s expanding capabilities across both public and private sectors.
