+impact named as supplier on Sanctuary and Pretium Frameworks newly launched Asset Management and Professional Support Services framework.

+impact is proud to have been appointed to the Asset Management and Professional Support Services (AMPSS) framework.

As Serco’s advisory business, asset management is a core practice area for us, and this appointment reflects the strength of our combined advisory and operational capability. With AMPSS spanning both strategic support and day-to-day operational delivery, we are uniquely positioned to bridge the gap between insight and implementation, advising through +impact and delivering through Serco.
A new four-year framework has been launched, offering contracting authorities access to high-quality consultancy services across the full asset and property management lifecycle.
Procured with Contracting Authority Sanctuary, and managed by Pretium Frameworks, the Asset Management and Professional Support Services (AMPSS) Frameworkoffers a simple route to access consultancy, management and support services across housing and property maintenance, delivered by a range of experienced consultants in a single lot:

Vickie Lockett, +impact partner said:
“We are delighted to have been appointed to Sanctuary Housing Association’s Asset Management and Professional Support – Consultancy Services Framework.
The award underpins our growing asset management capabilities; initially established in the Middle East and now expanding into the UK market as a key customer service offer.
As one of the UK’s largest housing associations, we are excited to support Sanctuary - and its Authorised Users - in achieving its aspirations for the framework: delivering value for money, efficiency, compliance and assurance, health and safety, operational simplicity and, ultimately, customer satisfaction for those residents occupying the 125,000+ units across Sanctuary’s portfolio.”
It covers a wide range of support, including reviewing current services, designing better ways of working, improving performance, and introducing new systems or processes. It also includes expert advice, project and programme management, procurement support, and specialist services such as building safety and compliance.
In addition, the framework supports day-to-day operational delivery. This includes areas such as repairs and maintenance, planned works, asset management, contract and financial management and performance monitoring. It can also provide interim management, additional resources, and support with supply chains and workforce planning.
Jessica John, Director of Pretium said:
“We’re absolutely delighted to launch this new framework with Sanctuary, giving contracting authorities access to experienced consultants and operational specialists across asset management, property services, and transformation,”
“Covering the full lifecycle from strategy and design through to delivery, operations, and continuous improvement, it gives framework users end-to-end support, supporting both short-term needs and longer-term transformation programmes.
“We look forward to working with our sector colleagues at Sanctuary to support the sector in planning, delivering and improving its housing and property maintenance activities.”

Mark Ridge, Group Procurement Manager – Construction,  at Sanctuary, said:
“Due to the breadth of our asset portfolio and our wide geographical coverage, the Asset Management and Professional Support Services (AMPSS) framework is a good fit for Sanctuary.
“The ability to draw on the wealth of expertise and support that this framework provides will be key in supporting the services we deliver now and in the future.”
The framework is open to any public sector organisation throughout the UK, and members of their supply chain, from housing providers and local authorities to NHS Hospital Trusts.
